2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error or because of a mistake, you can submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include the following:

  1. Your contact information: Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the removed material: The URL or location of the material that was removed.
  3. A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement of consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original infringement claim.
  5. Signature: Your electronic or physical signature.

3. DMCA Takedown Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material. We will notify the user who posted the content and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

If a counter-notification is received, we will reinstate the content unless we receive notice from the copyright owner that a court order has been obtained to prevent the content from being reinstated.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to remove any content and take appropriate action if we believe a user is engaged in repeated infringement.
